Our purebred sheep herd is humanely raised by only the two of us. The sheep range on 200 acres of pasture without stress, producing plump Polypay lambs. Our flock has always been raised without hormones and without antibiotics on our small family farm. The lambs grow quickly on nature's bounty of foothill grasses and clovers, spiced with fallen fruit from decades-old apple, pear and plum trees.
Chefs at Chez Panisse and a few other select restaurants have been enjoying our lamb for over two decades. The meats chosen for their menus are sourced for excellent quality and optimum environment for the animals and the land on which they are raised. Because of their continuing support, we are able to offer our lamb to individual consumers. They know they can depend on the highest and most consistent quality of lamb available direct from our small foothill farm.
